Return & Refund Policy

Quality Guarantee with Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every bottle we produce and we reserve the right to hold shipments due to weather (think heat waves or snow storms). If a wine arrives damaged, flawed, or not as expected due to a production issue, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Requirements:

  • Claim must be submitted within 21 days of delivery

  • A photo and description of the bottle, cork, wine, complaint

  • Order number or receipt

Shipping Issues

If bottles are broken, leaking, or clearly damaged in transit:

  • Replacement bottles will be sent at no cost

  • If replacement isn’t possible, a full credit or refund will be issued

Claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Change of Mind / Taste Preferences

We get it, not every bottle lands the same with every palate.

For direct-to-consumer orders:

  • Exchanges or credits within 21 days of delivery

  • Entire bottle of wine must not be fully consumed or emptied, picture required

  • Credit can be applied to future orders

If purchased from a 3rd Party please check with them for returns or replacements

How to Submit a Return

Please email info@buckelfamilywine.com with:

  • Order number / receipt

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Preferred resolution (refund, replacement, credit)
