On the menu for June 26th:
Perfectly cooked beef tenderloin, paired with foraged mushrooms, local greens and thoughtfully prepared sides, including a dessert with summer cherries. Enjoy each bite with a glass of Buckel wine—crafted right here in the Gunnison Valley.

$50 per person for dinner at the door (just show up, no reservations)
Wine available for purchase by the glass or bottle
